With close to 30 years of experience, Lance leads the firm and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, and has handled cases nationally, including matters in California, Florida, and New York.

He has tried jury and non-jury cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent conveyance, contract disputes, commission disputes, and commercial evictions as well as defending Title III ADA claims against owners and tenants of commercial property.

There is an emphasis on a compassionate yet highly strategic approach that is always aimed towards achieving the client’s goal.
